Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we may not be able to cancel it or change the delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local delivery services, and shipping carrier performance.

Shipping may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is transferred between shipping facilities or local delivery partners.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

CleanShot and Alkus Commerce LLC are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

We will contact you when a returned package is received and provide the available options.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier should first be checked with household members, neighbors, building reception, and the local delivery office.

Damaged Packages

If your CleanShot Laundry Hoop arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label
  • Any missing or incorrect components

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

International Orders and Customs

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by CleanShot or Alkus Commerce LLC.

Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delivery delays.
